The cap velvet and the lining and braid are in good condition.
The cap represents Carey's 11th, 12th and 13th International appearance for the Republic, in the match against England played on 30th September at Dalymount Park, England defeated Ireland 1-0, in the match against Spain played on 2nd March at Dalymount Park, Ireland defeated Spain 3-2 and in the match against Portugal 4th May Portugal defeated Ireland 2-0.
