Cup Final jersey, Hope Brothers Ltd, with white collar and bearing felt hexagonal chest badge embroidered with AC ENTWINED and 1949-50, mounted behind a mount board with three b & w images of the Arsenal team of the period and one of Alex Forbes, framed and glazed, 80 by 61cm., condition unknown as framed, would need to dismount to view the jersey condition Arsenal beat Liverpool 2-0 in the 1950 F.A. Cup Final through a brace of goals scored by Reg Lewis. Both teams wore change jerseys, Liverpool playing in white and Arsenal in yellow. Scottish international right-half Alex Forbes joined Arsenal in March 1948 from Sheffield United. He made 240 League appearances for The Gunners and was a member of two Championship winning teams.
