James Weaver's 1987 Dyson Racing and other Porsche team racesuits and clothing, the first a Bell Racestar Nomex design in white and yellow, bearing his name and bloodgroup, Bosch, Camel GT, and IMSA patches upon the breast, Dyson Racing Porsche and Rain X across the front and back; also two Nisseki Trust Racing Team cream racesuits, their logo patches front and back, one with his name and bloodgroup on the breast, plus Arai, BRDC, Camel GT, Dunlop, IMSA and Liqui Moly patches, both Nomex suits by Simpson; a cream and pink racesuit with Japanese lettering front and back, an ARD pro Nikke design in Nomex, his name & bloodgroup on the waisteband, FIA compliance, Goodyear and RLR patches; together with a blue and white Rothmans Porsche official team jacket with logo front and back, plus two similar white short-sleeve official team shirts, a Camel GT 1988 Miami Grand Prix bomber jacket in blue-grey by Swingster, a Porsche Assent U.S. maroon zip-up jacket, a Porsche white button-neck sweatshirt by Gear, a Porsche Lime Rock 1988 white t-shirt with circuit map across the back, a black RAIKA Richard Lloyd Racing Le Mans 1989 sweatshirt by Bruce Elliot (12) James Weaver joined Dyson Racing in 1987 and won his first race for them driving a Porsche 962 at Road Atlanta. He would continue driving for the team until his retirement at the end of 2006 and together they won three U.S. championships plus he also led the team to another seven titles and won a total of 29 races for them, including the 1997 Daytona 24-hours. Prior to that he raced for the Rothmans Porsche Team, finishing second at Le Mans with Jonathan Palmer and Richard Lloyd in a 956 GT1 in 1985, before going to Japan for a couple of races with Vern Schuppan in a Nisseki 956 later that year. Then in 1990 he wore a pink racesuit for Richard Lloyd Racing at Le Mans where he shared a 962 with Manuel Reuter and JJ Lehto, but they retired after a fire.
