Muhammad Ali used and signed Everlast speed bag from his training camp in Deer Lake, Pennsylvania while preparing for the Larry Holmes fight in 1980, an historical item dating towards the conclusion of Ali's illustrious fight career and with excellent provenance, the black leather pro-quality speed punching bag signed boldly in gold marker pen and dated '80, partially inflated, height 23cm.; sold with a signed letter of provenance from the noted Ali Collector Pete Morkovin who acquired this item personally from Muhammad Ali and also had the champion boxer sign the speed bag; also included is a Letter of Opinion from a later owner of the speed bag, Craig R. Hamiltom, President JO Sports Inc.; and a photograph of Muhammad Ali using this speed bag during a training session at Deer Lake (4)
