A scarce booklet titled Douglas Clark [rugby league] Footballer and Wrestler, Douglas Clark, Huddersfield, Cumberland and England, 1906-1925, printed by Netherwood, Dalton & Co. Ltd., Huddersfield, paper loss to back cover; together with a cabinet card dated 1890 and two postcards featuring Clark and Huddersfield Rugby Club; sold together with non-related volumes of Scottish Rugby Memories for 1939-1945 and 1946-1950, both being bound volumes of Scotland international rugby union programmes (6) Huddersfield Rugby Union Club was founded in 1870. The club resigned in 1895 and became one of the founding members of the Northern Rugby Union playing under Rugby League rules.
