Pelé Bertil Vallien 1958 World Cup 50th anniversary glass sculptural trophy presented in 2008, a trophy presented to Pelé to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Brazil's 1958 World Cup victory. The trophy is composed of a blue tinted crystal orb with an internal laser-etched face, mounted on a black granite base with a silver tone plaque that reads "1958 The Greatest Football Achievement 2008 - Pelé - 50 years after the break through of the most astounding football player the world have [sic] ever seen.", the base is signed in the front right corner "B. Vallien" [Bertil Vallien] and engraved in the right rear corner "7174017 - Kosta Boda - Lim.Ed. 200." 18 by 15 by 15cm.
Bertil Vallien is a Swedish glass sculptor.
