Pelé 1969 Brazil national team tribute trophy, a trophy presented to Pelé in September, 1969, by the Sergeants P.M.M.G. Club while with the Brazil national football team in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, it is composed of multi-tiers of wood and two winged allegories with a silver medallion between them that reads “Honra ao Mérito” [Merit of Honor], a metal plaque adorns the base and is engraved “A Seleção Brasileira homenagem do Clube dos Sargentos P.M.M.G. por Ocasião da sua Visita à Nossa Capital Belo Horizonte, 4 Setembre, 1969” [The Brazilian team honor of the Sergeants P.M.M.G. Club per Occasion of your visit to Our Capital Belo Horizonte, September 4, 1969], 66 by 26.5 by 14.5cm.
