Pelé French National Order of Merit medal, the Ordre National du Mérite presented to Pelé, the Order has five classes, with this medal being the Chevalier [Knight] class, requirements to receive this honour include being a minimum age of 35 and having completed at least 10 years of distinguished public service, the silver tone and blue enamel medal features a "Republic Francaise" medallion on the front, to the reverse side are two crossed French flags in blue, tricolor enamels and December 3, 1963, date of the founding of the award,6 by 4cm.
