signed & dated 1910, titled TWO THOUSAND GUINEAS 1910, featuring Lord Rosebery's Neil Gow ridden by Danny Maher beating his chief rival for the race Lemberg, who would go on to win The Derby, 25 by 35.5cm., mounted, framed & glazed, overall 43 by 55cm., some foxing marks but overall good; sold with a further item of Lord Rosebery interest, a political print by the Punch cartoonist Linley Sambourne portraying WIlliam Glastrone as Lord Rosebery's jockey riding a horse called “Verbosity”, above lines of political satire, framed & glazed, 45.5 by 58cm., some foxing and stains, paper browned, (2).
