A trophy presented to the jockey Pat Eddery by racehorse owner Carlo Vittadini to commemorate the victory of Grundy in the 1975 Derby,
in the form of an Italian silver-gilt two handled-trophy cup by Romeo Miracoli of Milano, the polished wooden plinth set with a plaque inscribed THE DERBY, EPSOM 1975, front side of the cup inscribed GRUNDY, CH. C. 1972, GREAT NEPHEW - WORD FROM LUNDY, the other side further inscribed OWNER: CARLO VITTADINI, TRAINER: PETER WALWYN, JOCKEY: PAT EDDERY, overall height 20cm., surface tarnishing, but otherwise no damage or other defects.
