Tommy Low was a Scottish footballer and played for a number of clubs including Cambuslang Hibernian, Rangers, on two occasions, Dundee Woolwich Arsenal, Falkirk, Abercorn, Dunfermline and Morton. He made one full international appearance against Ireland on 27th March 1897 at Ibrox and also won a Scottish Cup winners medal whilst with Rangers
