Rare 1905 cricket related embroidered autographed table cloth, the autographs embroidered by J.J Bentley's wife, including fourteen autographs from the match England v. Australia, 24-26th July 1905 at Old Trafford, including Darling, Armstrong, Laver, Howell, Trumper, Gregory, Hill, Kelly, Cotter, Gehrs, etc., inscribed Australia v England Old Trafford '05 Lost by an Innings and 80 runs, also including Yorkshire v. Lancashire, Bramall Lane 1905, with twenty-four autographs including Sutcliffe, Jackson, Spooner, Hunter, etc., and three other sections of autographs including Fry, Rhodes, Bedlam, Jessop, etc., the table cloth with approx. seventy-three embroidered autographs, 40 x 40in., areas of staining and discoloration consistent with age, (a lot)
