Youth International Duncan Edwards Holland v England newspaper edition programme, 21st November 1954, played at Arnhem, Holland, very rare single sheet newspaper edition, approximately 22 x 16in., bearing split down centre vertically and horizontally towards the lower section with staining throughout. Holland defeated England 3-2. Not much is known about this fixture, although it is listed as a Youth International. Duncan Edwards sadly died in the Manchester air crash of 1958. He was actually the greatest talent football had seen and would have gone on to be possibly the greatest footballer of all time. Born 1st October 1936, he played for nine times for 1949-52 England Schoolboys, six times for 1954-57 England U-23s, four times for 1953-54 England B, 18 times for 1955-57 England and 151 times for Manchester United 1933-1958.
