The Beatles Revolver Parlophone Records mono 1966 first pressing, with the "Sold in the UK Subject to.." central lettering, Doctor Robert label and sleeve variation, flip back cover, rim text beginning with "The Gramophone Company" and matrix numbers A- YEX-605-2 and B- YEX 606-2 and the cover signed by recording engineer Geoff Emerick, cover designed Klaus Voorman, producer George Martin, Patti Boyd, band confidant and Apple manager Neil Aspinall and Cynthia and Julian Lennon, and they are believed to have been obtained at various events over a number of years. The cover shows signs of age and storage related wear and is signed in both black felt tip and ballpoint pen and the vinyl has scuffs, marks and hairline scratches. The signatures are a fascinating document of those around the band at the time, importantly featuring George Martin and cover designer and friend from the Hamburg days, Klaus Voorman who also notably played bass for Manfred Mann, The Plastic Ono Band and many Beatle solo projects.
