A collection of six items relating to the career of Screaming Lord Sutch,   including his famous faux leopard skin jacket with black velvet collar, manufactured by Caroline Walker of London with no size specified, a plastic transparent card holder with his Barclaycard expiring 5/67, his business card and a number of other showbusiness cards which are contained a plastic card holder in gold, lettered G.R.O.H.I in black on the front, an 8mm film copy of the promotion feature for his famous "Jack the Ripper" single release used in one of the first Cinerama video juke boxes, and a copy of his biography," The Man Who Was Screaming Lord Sutch" signed by its author and an AA motorists diary, once again filled with contact details from back in the day, (6)   The jacket is in worn condition with some evidence of there been mends to the lining, with all other items being in used condition.  David Sutch, better known as "Screaming Lord Sutch" is one of the truly great characters of the last 50 or 60 years, starting as a pioneer of what became known as garage rock and with famous stage theatrics such as being carried in in a black coffin to the stage and performing with a distinctly "Hammer Horror" style, his band members over the years included Richie Blackmore, Keith Moon, Jimmy Page, John Bonham and a host of rock royalty, but he left his mark indelibly on the British political scene, firstly standing for the National Teenage Party in the 1960's and then by the formation of the Official Monster Raving Loony Party in 1982.
