Eight cricket first day covers, with the earliest celebrating the centenary of County Cricket in 1973 up to 2016 with several signed to the front in pen, including Cowdrey, Greenidge, Boycott, Willis, Botham and Richards, autographed card by Derbyshire County Cricket Club players, late 1930's, accompanied by a set autographs of the Australian touring side of 1936. The Derbyshire side is signed in ink pen featuring eleven players and the Australian touring side is on official headed paper from the Australian Board of Control for International Cricket and bearing 17 signatures including Benaud, Miller, Johnson and Burke, six signed pieces relating to Derbyshire County Cricket Club, the earliest featuring the County squad of 1968 up to 2006; the 1968 autographs are signed on headed paper with an insert identifying each moniker and three of the sets are framed, number of signed cricket related items, a black and white photostat picture of Brian Close, a signed colour picture of Freddie Flintoff and a 150 years of Wisden limited edition no. 1679 of 1894. The Close picture is signed in black felt tip, as is the Flintoff colour picture with the Wisden being signed in black felt tipped pen, (qty)
