A collection twenty eight of items relating to the career of Screaming Lord Sutch comprising of a large concert poster measuring 40 x 30in, advertising a concert at the Regal Theatre, Minehead for Sutch and his Horror Rock Show, a flyer advertising a show at the Granada in Grantham from 1961 with Sutch featuring on the bill and measuring 8 x 10in., five black and white promotion pictures measuring 8 x 10.5in. showing Sutch with his band Lord Caeser Sutch and The Roman Empire signed to Kim from David, images of him with Mick Jagger and Noel Redding, a publicity headshot and a Monster Raving Looney Party publicity picture and a box containing 12 home recorded tape cassettes of his 1980s radio show, two pin badges, a Monster Raving Looney Party one pound note, two school photographs, a nice press picture of the Savages in full caveman dress including Richie Blackmore and Nicky Hopkins stamped on the back by Studio E of Torquay, a promotional head shot from Corillion records and a photographic copy of a colour painting of Sutch from 1972, (28) The large poster is painted acrylic and has age related folds and tears which looks superb, the Granada flyer has one small corner fold and is in excellent condition as are the press pictures with the cassette tapes having the usual hand written generic inserts.
