Laurence Stephen Lowry RBA RA (1887-1976) 'The Old House' pencil drawing on paper. Measures 22 by 20cm. Framed. In fair condition with light wear to frame. Light smudging around edges as we as on the mount. Glass has light marks over it. Some light scratches in the centre of the sketch and some indentation through the centre of the paper. Provenance: Purchased from Sotheby's by a private collector. ARR charges may be applicable.
