There is no evidence of match wear and the jersey appears to have been washed. It is in excellent condition The game took place at Highbury stadium in the quarter final second leg of the Champions League that season. Chelsea won the game by 2 goals to 1 with Frank Lampard and Wayne Bridge scoring for the Blues to seal a 3-2 aggregate win and progress them into the semi finals. Crespo replaced Jimmy Floyd Hasselbank in the 83rd minute of the game.
