Two 1920s England amateur international caps awarded to Frank Twine of Middlesbrough FC, rose coloured, the first for the match v Wales in 1923-24, the other for the Scotland game in 1926-27, (2) Both in reasonably good condition The Wales match was played at The Oval, Llandudno, 22nd March 1924 with England winning 2-1. The Scotland game was played at Filbert Street, Leicester, 18th December 1926. Scotland recorded an impressive 4-1 victory. The right-back Frank Twine was a member of Middlesbrough's 1926-27 Second Division Championship side of 1926-27. He transferred to Aldershot in 1928.
