Neil Webb white Umbro No. 15 England "Home" jersey from the Euro 92 Competition game v Sweden which took place at the Rasunda Stadium, Solna on 17/6/92. This is a player issued short sleeved Umbro example that bears the Three Lions Crest on the front with "EURO 92 SWEDEN" embroidered immediately below. The no.15 is printed centrally in red and the UMBRO manufacturer trademark is also present. The back is lettered WEBB and bears the no.15. Both are defined in red. The shirt trim is blue with white highlights on the collar and the brand logo is on the sleeve cuffs and inside the collar itself. The Jersey shows some signs of possible match wear and ageing as well as being in fine condition. The Euro 92 campaign saw England led by Graham Taylor. The game v Sweden that this jersey was from saw the Three Lions go out of the competition, losing 2-1 to the hosts. EURO 92 was the first time that England had worn the player names on the back of the jerseys. The game marked the last appearance of Gary Lineker in his national colours as well as the player who wore this particular item, Neil Webb.
