The winning jockey’s trophy presented to Pat Eddery for the victory on Record Token in the 1976 Victoria Cup (Handicap) at Ascot, In the form of a silver plated tankard by Garrard, inscribed with race details, height 12cm. Record Token was an Irish-bred chestnut colt (1972) by Jukebox out of Bare Costs (Petition). He was owned by Sir Herbert Ingram and trained by Peter Walwyn at Lambourn Record Token won 9 races including the Vernon Sprint Cup at Haydock Park (then a Group 2), before being syndicated as a stallion.
