The scrapbook covers both codes and it starts by covering Yale Rugby Football Club tour to Nassau, Bahamas in March 1940, when they played four matches, includes many superb photographs of arriving by sea-plane, match action and social events. It also includes various invites, letters, tickets, itinerary of the tour, etc. A complete record of the tour. The rest of the scrapbook relates to American Football, mainly photographs of players training, kicking, etc. Also includes tickets, one of which is a scare/rare ticket for Yale v Harvard 1939 side line bench ticket, itinerary for Yale tour to Michigan 26th-29th October 1939. And includes Butler's own (name in gold on front) copy of National Collegiate Rule Book hard backed.
