England got out of their group but lost in the last 16 to Nigeria. Provenance: From England goalkeeping coach, circa 1997-2015 when he worked with England teams from U16s to U21s, his name was Martin Thomas, as a player he made over 500 appearances in football league for Bristol Rovers, Newcastle United, Birmingham City mainly.
