A very unusual American edition of “The Renee Richards Story - Second Serve” by Renee Richards with John Ames, once owned by Vanessa Redgrave, 373-page, it contains a 1984 letter written to Redgrave by Linda Yellen (Chrysalis-Yellen Productions Inc.) recommending that she reads the book while the script for the film is being written. Vanessa Redgrave (a decent tennis player) played Richards in the American made-for television biographical film (Second Serve) all about transgender woman Richards in 1986, for which she was nominated for an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe, with very good dust cover
