Matthews, a pair of views of the first Lord’s Cricket Ground, Dorset Square, Marylebone in 1797, circa 1870, two coloured lithographs with legend in gilt, one depicting presentation of the colours by Lady Jane Dundas to the regiment of the Royal East India Volunteers on 27th July 1797 and the other the Royal East India Volunteers Regiment receiving the colours from Lady Jane Dundas on 27th July 1797, each overall 45 by 62cm., both in fair to good condition, with little wear to mounts on both, the lower example has wear, damage and creasing to the edges with central crease, the top example bears a central crease, both laid on card, (2)
