The iconic CHAMPIONS WALL from the main reception at Liverpool Football Club's Melwood Training Ground, the iconic honours board featuring THE CHAMPIONS WALL spelt out in individual laser cut aluminium-on-clear acrylic letters, further laser cuts of silhouettes representing the major trophies won by LFC, below each trophy is the name of the competition and the number of times the club has been victorious, sold with a certificate of authenticity issued by Liverpool Football Club The iconic Champions Wall display at Melwood was applied directly to the cherry veneer clad in the main reception. The lettering, numbering and trophy silhouettes were carefully removed and returned to the original manufacturers. Using the original installation template to provide the exact same spacings, the Champions Wall has been recreated in a high quality and imaginative display for the auction. This features a bespoke timber frame sprayed LFC silver, measuring 124 by 190cm., and 6cm. deep , with a cherry veneer back panel with clear lacquer to match original background at Melwood. The Champions Wall is mounted behind a 5mm. clear acrylic panel. The piece weighs approx. 30kg.
