Three drawings by John Arthur Board (Major) (British, 1895-1965) comprising two similar pencil sketches, one signed with initials, each portraying a polo player & pony in match action, mounted ready for framing, the signed example slightly larger 29.5 by 34.5cm, very good condition; sold together with a pen & ink drawing of two polo players & ponies in match action, unsigned but titled TO CONCENTRATE ON RIDING OFF THE OPPOSING BACK, unmounted & unframed, 16 by 26cm., sellotape repairs to lower margin, marks to right margin, 16 by 26cm.; sold together with a coloured print attributed to John Board inscribed LET OTHER PEOPLE PLAY AT OTHER THINGS, THE KING OF GAMES IS STILL THE GAME OF KINGS, mounted ready for framing, 49 by 40cm.
