DECORATIVE UPPER COVER WITH PRINTED DETAILS, BEARING THE ORIGINAL AUTOGRAPHS IN BOLD PENCIL BY 45 PLAYERS FROM BOTH TEAMS 9 TO THE FRONT COVER AND THE REMAINDER TO THE BACK COVER INCLUDING ALL BLACKS: MANCHESTER (Capt), GILBERT, BALL, HART, OLIVER, GRIFFITHS, PAGE TINDILL (twice), BEST, DALTON (twice), LAMBOURN (twice), MAHONEY, MACKENZIE, MCLEAN, VORRATH et al. The 1935-36 New Zealand 'All Blacks' rugby union team were captained by Jack Manchester, the tour took in 30 matches, of which 26 were against club or invitational teams and four were test matches. New Zealand won 24 of the tour matches, losing only to Swansea, with the match against Ulster in Belfast ending in a draw. New Zealand beat Scotland and Ireland but lost the test matches against Wales and England.
