A group of five mounted photographs of football teams in the Peterborough area in the Edwardian era, including a formal team-group of Peterborough City FC, Champions of the Northants Senior League in 1907-08, printed legend and player key, the image 8 1/2 by 11in.; a trio featuring Fletton United FC, one being the the winners of the Junior League and Tradesman's Cup in season 1902-03, 7 1/2 by 9 1/2in.; the other featuring Star Football Club in 1900-01, 8 by 9in., the photographs published by S. Busby Cox, Peterborough; sold together with a photograph of the St David's, Reigate, Boys' Cricket XI circa 1885,the group including two Druce brothers one of whom, N.F. ''Frank'' Druce, would go on to play in five Test Matches for England and toured Australia in 1897-98, the image 6 1/2 by 8 1/2in., hand written legend and player key to mount; and with another photograph dated 1883 of St David's, Reigate, the boys wearing cricket and rugby/football kit (7)
