An official plaque of the Franco-British Exhibition held in conjunction with the 1908 London Olympic Games, French, designed by Charles Pillet, bronze, designed as Britannia extending the hand of friendship across the channel to Gallia, to the reverse Peace is seated and holding two flags, the exhibition and Olympic Stadium is seen beyond, inscribed EXPOSITION FRANCO-BRITANNIQUE, LONDRES, MCMVIII, 18 by 15cm.; sold together with another French bronze plaque, by Bottee, awarded to Me Vve E Requier by the French Committee for overseas exhibitions (2)
