Michael Schumacher signed rare 1992 Central African Republic postal cover, his ink signature beneath his printed photo, the Republique Centrafricaine stamp bearing his name and image plus Benetton B192 F1 car, franked: PREMIER JOUR, 22 SEPT 1992, BANGUI, the envelope also bearing a printed Deutsche Sporthlife motif Michael Schumacher made an unexpected F1 debut with Jordan in the 1991 Belgian GP when he qualified 7th but suffered clutch failure at the start. He was immediately 'poached' by the Benetton team for the remainder of that season and thereafter for his first full year in F1, when he won his first Grand Prix - one year on at Spa in Belgium - just three weeks before the date of this cover.
