A fully working German made Victorian lawn tennis themed musical 'Olympia' photograph album circa 1885, with a detailed lawn tennis scene embossed into the front cover, the album contains 12 chromolithograph printed leaves showing various sports, including lawn tennis, it also contains 31 contemporary carte-de-visite/cabinet cards, many of which feature the subjects holding tennis rackets, the musical mechanism at the back is in full working condition, with original key, and plays two tunes, the album is secured with a spring-loaded catch mechanism., the catch starts and stops the tunes from musical box when the album is opened and closed, dimensions 30 by 24 by 7cm.
