Ron McKinnon's blue Scotland 1966-67 international cap awarded for the three home internationals including the famous victory over world champions England at Wembley 15th April 1967, inscribed in gold wire 1966-67, S v W, S v I, S v E; sold with a copy of Ronnie McKinnon's signed letter of authenticity when presented to Christie's for their auction 24th September 2002 when this cap was sold as lot 108, the letter also covered the authenticity of McKinnon's shirt from this game which was sold in the same Christie's auction as lot 119 and is being reoffered here as the following lot (2)
