The preserved hoof of ''Zoedone'' winner of the 1883 Grand National Steeplechase, mounted on a horse shoe and converted as a silver inkwell with glass inkpot, inscribed ''ZOEDONE'', LIVERPOOL GRAND NATIONAL 1883, CH. KINSKY TO W.H.P. JENKINS Karl, 8th Prince Kinsky of Wchinitz and Tettau Count Kinsky was the owner/rider of the home-bred mare Zoedone who won the Grand National in 1883. Jenkins was the mare's trainer.
