Malcolm & Donald Campbell dual-signed 1938 personal greetings card, featuring a black & white photo of father and son aboard their record-breaking speedboat beneath the Bluebird motif, captioned: Lake Hallwill, September 17th 1938, 130.91 mph, the greeting: Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a ''Record'' New Year, also bearing their Headley Grove, Surrey address, 16 by 20cm., 6 by 8 in., the photo 3 by 4?in. Sir Malcolm Campbell would go on to raise the World Water Speed Record to over 140 mph in 1939 on Coniston Water, before his son Donald took over in 1955, initially exceeding 200mph on Ullswater. The card originally sent to Scottish amateur featherweight boxing champion, Harry Dingley.
