A very scarce programme for an international youth football tournament in Cannes in 1960 with eight competing teams and with England being represented by Chelsea FC, the other teams comprising Ado La Haye (Netherlands), Espanyol (Spain), Halmstads BK (Sweden), Lazio (Italy), AS Monaco (Monaco), Athens (Greece) and the host team AS Cannes (France), the interior of this programme has been signed by 12 members of the Chelsea Youth squad including Mike Kelly, Dennis Butler, Allan Harris, Terry More, Peter Conroy, Michael Robinson, Bert Murray, John Ray, Barry Bridges, Gordon Bolland, Bobby Tambling and one other This was the 10th time Cannes had hosted an annual youth football tournament. This programme originally belonged to Mike Kelly who was the reserve goalkeeper in the squad, Peter Bonetti being the first choice. Chelsea were runners-up beaten 4-2 in the final by AS Monaco. Chelsea were three times winners of the Tournoi Juniors U--18 de Cannes winning in 1959, 1961 & 1963. The first tournament was played in 1950 and won by Spurs. From 1969 countries entered their national youth teams for the Cannes tournament until its discontinuation after 1986.
