An exceptionally scarce never seen before F.A. Cup final replay programme Sheffield United v Tottenham Hotspur played at Burnden Park, Bolton, 27th April 1901, a single-sheet with ink hand written inscription HOTSPUR WON 3-1, H.T. 0-1, ALL 4 GOALS AT BOLTON END., additionally the goalscorers names have been annotated in the order the goals were scored, the programme was framed in the 1980s and in that process the framer laid it down on a sheet of film which in turn has been pasted onto card, there is now colour variation to the central rectangular area of the programme that has been exposed under the picture glass and the border that was unexposed under the framing mount, nevertheless an exciting and almost certainly unique discovery of a programme for a match where the general consensus in the collecting community has been thus far that the 1901 replay was a 'no issue' game. Following a 2-2 draw at The Crystal Palace on 20th April in front of a crowd of 110,820, the two teams played again a week later with an attendance of 20,470. Spurs won the game 3-1 to become the only non-League side to win the F.A. Cup. Spurs Sandy Brown also made Cup history by scoring in every round of the competition, including both final tie encounters. He scored a total of 15 goals during the campaign.
