The shirt worn by Liverpool goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek during the 2nd half and penalty shoot-out of the Champions League final v AC Milan in Istanbul 25th May 2005, the purple long-sleeved shirt with UEFA Champions League badge to right sleeve, inscribed UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, THE FINAL ISTANBUL 2005, signed by Dudek, the reverse mount with a cut-out to view the player lettering and No.1 shirt number, also signed by Dudek, the reverse also mounted with a signed letter of authenticity from Liverpool FC TV dated 13th July 2006, additionally signed by Dudek, the letter confirming that Jerzy Dudek wore this shirt in the 2nd half and during the penalty shoot-out, and that the goalkeeper sold his shirt on a website to raise money for a charity for sick children in Poland, and to confirm that the Champions League Final shirt that was stolen in a burglary at Jerzy Dudek's home in June 2006 was his 1st half shirt, plexiglass to both sides, overall 94.5 by 102cm., 37 by 40in.; sold together with a quantity of programmes and souvenir newspapers relating to the campaign and final tie, also the original information relating to the charity sale
