A group of three head collars for the stallions Diesis, Lycius & Soviet Line, with signed letters of authenticity from Mill Ridge Farm, Lexington, KY, for Diesis and from Our Mims Retirement Home, Paris, KY for Lycius (5) Diesis was a 1980 chestnut colt by Sharpen Up out of Doubly Sure. He was a top two-year-old winning the Middle Park and Dewhurst Stakes. As a stallion in Kentucky his progeny earned over $47 million and his most important progeny in Europe would include Halling, Magistretti, Docksider, Ramruma, Diminuendo, Elmaamul, Three Valleys, whilst in America he got Husband, Storm Trooper, Continuously and Rootentootenwooten. He died aged 26. Lycius was a chestnut colt foaled in 1988 by Mr Prospector out of Lypatia. As a two-year-old he won the Middle Park Stakes and in his race career was placed in six Group One races. His most notable progeny by winning prize money are Palladio, Slap Shot, Hello, Ivan Luis, Khasayal and Burgundy. Soviet Line was a bay foaled in 1990 by Soviet Star out Shore Line. He won 10 races including back-to-back wins in the Lockinge Stakes. The vendor obtained the head collar from the geldings retirement home in the USA.
