Cup tie v Charlton Athletic at Carrow Road 13th January 2009, being retro issues in the style of the design worn 50 years earlier in season 1958-59 to commemorate the club's Cup run, the club's sponsor's Aviva generously agreeing to forego its logos to complete the look, both unwashed, the first jersey, No.5, worn by the captain Mark Fotheringham, signed to the reverse, the second a No.4, worn by Elliot Omozusi, signed to the reverse; both with official COAs from Norwich City FC (4)
