Harbhajan Singh's signed 400th Test wicket playing shirt, signed & inscribed in black marker pen 400 TEST WICKETS, BEST WISHES, HARBHAJAN SINGH, a Nike 'Dri-Fit' white Test Match playing shirt, numbered 215, printed crest for the Board of Control for Cricket in India, bearing SAHARA sponsor's logos A piece of Indian cricket history on offer. The very shirt that Harbhajan Singh was wearing when he passed the notable milestone of claiming his 400th Test Match wicket to join an elite band of ten other bowlers, three of whom are fellow spinners, who have reached this level in Test Match history. The shirt has been personally donated for the auction by Mr Singh and is accompanied with a signed letter of authenticity from ''Bhajji''. This champagne moment came a little over a month ago on 7th July at Windsor Park, Dominica, when during the third Test Match v West Indies he clean bowled Carlton Baugh who was attempting a cut. Coming in his 96th Test Match, cricket statisticians have kindly calculated for us that the 400th wicket came from Harbhajan's 26,961st delivery. ''Bahjji'' presently stands third in the all-time Indian Test Wickets list behind legendary countrymen Anil Kumble and Kapil Dev. In March 2001 he became the first Indian bowler to take a Test Match hat-trick during a three match series v Australia during which he collected a remarkable 32 wickets. His best bowling performance in Tests is 8-84. QUOTE UNQUOTE Speaking on reports that the 2003 New Zealand touring team had been training under conditions simulating the noise and din of an Indian cricket ground: ''I am not sure if such simulated training is going to be a help. You mean to say if we tour Australia we need to have a beer can in our hands all the time?'' Harbhajan Singh
