RACING CLUB, 1955 PRIME T.V., BLACK OPAL PREVIEW 1200m, WINNING JOCKEY, 25.5cm., 10in. high Lester Piggott won The Preview aboard the K T Connolly-trained Zadok by 5 3/4 lengths, with the pair then going on to win the Black Opal itself by three quarters of a length. The Black Opal is one of the most prestigious two-year-old races in the Australian Racing calendar.
