A fine pair of England squad signed Anglo-American Sporting Club menus for boxing dinner evening in honour of the 1966 and the 1970 World Cup squads, both held at the London Hilton Hotel on 20th June 1966 and 22nd April 1970 respectively, the 1966 menu fully-signed by the 22-man winning squad (J Charlton, signed twice) and Manager Alf Ramsey
