DIXON This cap was awarded to Billy Dixon who was capped twice at England Schools' level in 1919, firstly against Scotland and then against Wales for which this cap was awarded. He actually skippered the side in the Wales match. In the same year Dixon, of Welhome School, also played in the Grimsby Boys' team that beat Sunderland Boys 4-0 in the final of the English Shield.
