A highly unusual autographed 1966 World Cup final programme with the England starting XI inscribed in the hand of Sir Alf Ramsey, the players' names and squad numbers completed in pen by Sir Alf Ramsey on the England team page (p.32), then signed by Sir Alf Ramsey together with all eleven England finalists and additionally by squad members Norman Hunter & Jimmy Greaves; sold with a photocopy of the original letter from Sir Alf Ramsey when the programme was inscribed and signed by him and returned to an autograph hunter (2)
