1925 Grands Prix de l'A.C.F. official programme, subtitled '19 Juillet Grand Prix de Tourisme & Grand Prix de Vitesse', 48-pages staple-bound between double fold-out full colour advertisement covers, front and back, featuring maps and an illustrated guide to the new Autodrome de Linas at Montlhery near Paris, a guide to current racing form by Charles Faroux, a list of entrants, regulations and fold-out lap charts for both events, complete with original Houdaille tennis racket-sponsored place-finder It was during this, the first French Grand Prix to be held at Montlhery, that Antonio Ascari, father of future World Champion Alberto Ascari, crashed fatally while leading. Learning of his demise, his Alfa Romeo team-mates then withdrew as a mark of respect.
