The Tout [Peter Ronald Buchanan] ARCHER'S GHOST an original artwork for a Tout cartoon that was published in The Tatler, 32 by 51cm., 12 1/2 by 20in., framed & glazed; the artwork comes with the original key to identify the jockeys and is chained to the lower part of the frame so they can be hung together In the finishing order behind Fred Archer's ghost the jockeys are Steve Donoghue, Frank Bullock, Brownie Carslake, George Duller, Charlie Elliott, Joe Childs and George Archibald A label to the bottom right hand corner of the picture glass states that The Tout gave this artwork to the Craven Club in Newmarket in 1945.
