A collection of 25 Liverpool race meeting display posters, each printed on card, ringed and strung at the top, variously designed with a portrayals of a flat race, steeplechasing and a Xmas design; for the Grand National Meetings of 1940, 1952, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 & 1973, the Summer Meetings of 1946 & 1949, for the New Year's Meeting of 1962, for the Autumn Meetings of 1949, 1950, 1954, 1956, 1960, 1961 & 1963; the Yuletide Meetings of 1952, 1961,1963 and an undated example inscribed LAST CHANCE TO COME CHASING TOWARDS CHRISTMAS AT AINTREE; and three undated posters inscribed AINTREE EXTRA MEETING (likely to be 1972), FINAL AUTUMN MEETING AND FINAL NEW YEAR MEETING (likely to be Dec 31 1965/1 Jan 1966)
