A blue England v Ireland home international cap, inscribed V IRELAND, 1965 This was Maurice Norman's 21st cap. The match was actually played at Windsor Park in the autumn of 1964 (3rd October) but because the F.A. did not issue the caps until the last of the end of season home internationals had been played, it is actually dated 1965. In an exciting game England beat Northern Ireland 4-3.
